Hair Pill Hair Vitamins Review: Does it Work?

What is Hair Pill Supplement?

Hair Pill consists of two supplements (one for men and one for women), designed and formulated for hair health.

Hair Pill claims to be the UK’s leading hair growth solution for men and women. They also claim that their 'high-potency' hair loss formula can help deliver your strongest, fullest, and healthiest head of hair yet.

Each Hair Pill supplement claims to:
  • Improve the overall health of your hair
  • Increase Hair Thickness
  • Reduce Hair Shedding

Both Hair Pill supplements have been formulated on the basis of 'scientific research (I'm sure we've heard that before), and claim to increase the overall functioning of hair strands.

Hair Pill is not FDA approved as a treatment for baldness, therefore they cannot be labelled as a hair loss treatment. Only released in 2019, the Hair Pill range is too new to have a valid customer satisfaction rating, so it is unclear as to where it sits on the market in that sense.

What are the ingredients in Hair Pill?

Both Hair Pill supplements each contain 14 ingredients, which include Silica, Biotin, Retinol, Vitamin E, and Selenium.  Both supplements do not contain ingredients that haven't already been used in other multi-vitamin hair supplements. They also lack many potent ingredients that some of its higher end competitors have, so, from an additive point of view, we'd put this range in the middle to low category of hair supplements.

How does the Hair Pill formula treat baldness?

Having looked at the ingredients, Neither Hair Pill supplement would be able to treat baldness in any way.  At most, they can help with hair maintenance, but Hair Pill should not be mistaken as a treatment for hair loss.  If you are suffering from baldness, then you should not expect to see any noticeable new hair growth from taking Hair Pill.

Upon inspection, Hair Pill is a basic supplement for hair health, and much like its main competitors in the mid-range end of the market, it only uses ingredients that have in some way or another been associated with hair health. However, Hair Pill does appear to be a much weaker version of its high-end competitors, and its price further suggests that.  Hair Pill also seriously lacks the depth of additives that can make it effective as many of its rivals.

Hair Pill side-effects?

There have been no reported major negative side-effects from users of these supplements, and it is very unlikely for a user to experience any sort of negative side-effects. The formula is only made from safe and natural ingredients, therefore it is unlikely it would cause any complications to your health.

However, it is always advised to speak to your doctor before taking supplements that you are unfamiliar with.

Hair Pill User Reviews

As already mentioned, it is too early to get a clear idea of how well this range is reviewed. Like with many products of this nature, Hair Pill has a fairly mixed response on various hair loss forums and communities, but it doesn't have much exposure across the hair loss communities.

Hair Pill is branded nicely, but it hasn't generated much interest or conversation in the major hair loss communities yet.  We'll update this section once we get some feedback.

Hair Pill price and where to buy

The standard price for a bottle of Hair Pill £29.99 (33 Euro, or $37.00). One bottle is meant to last for one month.  This puts Hair Pill in the mid-range price bracket for a product of this type.

Hair Pill Review: The Verdict

Again, Hair Pill is not a cure for baldness and thinning hair, and nor does it claim to be, however, it can help with the maintenance of hair health in men and women.  It is very unlikely that Hair Pill will make any difference to your hair, particular if you have exceeded Norwood/Savin 2.

Both Hair Pill products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

The effectiveness of both the male and female supplements seems to be at a low level.  The formulas of these supplements seem to be lacking somewhat, and it is unclear why there are two versions of both the male and female supplements.

The Hair Pill supplements were created by the well-established company, Inspired Nutrition Ltd. These products are a spin-off from their wide stock of health supplements. Hair Pill was created with the illusion that it is its own separate company --- Hair Pill products contain very basic formulas, and it is likely that both supplements were purely designed for extra revenue, and not with the realistic aim of treating hair loss.

If you're looking to combat hair loss, then it is very unlikely that Hair Pill will do anything for you. You would be far better off investing your hard-earned money on a formula that is more potent, and which contains a broader range of proven ingredients.

Hair Pill 2019 Rating:  2/5
