Top 50 Best Hair Growth Supplements for Hair Loss 31-40

Multi-vitamin hair growth supplements are fast becoming the most popular form of treatment for hair loss among men and women.

The reason(s) being, is that they are safe, naturally made, offer excellent alternatives to harsh prescription drugs, and they can also be highly effective.

Analysed, reviewed and scored, the Hair Loss Review Centre has compiled a top 50 list of the best hair growth supplements for treating hair loss in both men and women.  Here's the second instalment, entries 31-40.

Fish oil provides strength and shine to fragile or weakened hair.  A report published in 2013 focused on nutrition and hair found that fatty acid deprivation or deficiency can lead to hair loss, and this is why products like this that are enriched with fatty acids,  help boost luminosity, as well as resistance to breakage.
Fish Oils on their own won't fix your hair, but they can work as a hugely effective hair growth promoter when used in conjunction with other treatments.

HairAnew is another supplement that is based heavily on Biotin (5,000mcg in this case). This supplement would likely add thickness and strength to the hair, at best, but there is little to suggest it can actually prevent or slow down the stages of thinning hair.

This supplement would be ideal for women who have naturally thin hair, and are looking to get a little more out of their strands. However, this supplement will not treat more advanced conditions of hair loss.

Collagen has many benefits for our strands - it gives elasticity, strength and flexibility to the connective tissues, including the hair.  As we age, our collagen production decreases naturally, which is bad for our hair, especially if we are already prone to thinning

Collagen is a source of protein, and the hair needs such proteins to build and grow.  A lack of production of protein can cause the strands to go thinner, and eventually fall out. That is why you should also have a protein rich diet, that will help all parts of your body, including your hair, to thrive.

Gingko Biloba’s properties as a vasodilator are thought to be able to help reduce hair loss, increasing the blood flow to the scalp, thus improving the follicles’ performance.  A pilot study in 2011 in which males were given a twice-daily dosage of 60mg ginkgo biloba extract, showed an improvement in cerebral blood flow.

Gingko Biloba can help prevent damage to hair follicles by aiding the source of nutrients to the scalp.  This potent plant can be even more beneficial when taken in conjunction with ingredients such as saw palmetto and biotin, within a multi-vitamin supplement.

There are plenty of supplements of the same ilk as Hair Growth Formula in this top 50. There are some good additives in this blend, such as the essential B Vitamins, along with MSM, and grapeseed extract, but you should be realistic about a product of this nature.

Hair Growth Formula can help add healthiness to the strands, and even speed up its growth, but it will not treat severe conditions hair loss. See this as a hair health supplement, rather than a treatment.

With a strong brand and a broad marketing campaign, Hairfinity was always going to a popular choice of supplement for women. There's nothing to suggest that men can't also take this supplement, but the brand have clearly gone with the target of women in mind.

As for the supplement itself, well, again, it has some very good additives in it, but don't expect miracles from a product of this type. At most, it can help make the hair healthy, but it won't prevent excess hair shedding or treat severe stages of hair loss.

Hair Growth Essentials makes the rather far-fetched claim to be the #1 hair growth supplement for men and women, and as good as the formula is, we can confirm that it is definitely not the best on the market.

Packed with 29 solid ingredients, this is supplement that can be very beneficial to the hair, and even slow the pattern of hair fall, in some cases. If you're looking for a supplement that falls within the £30 per month budget, then this could very well be a good option to consider.

Hair Growth Essentials does lack one of two potent ingredients, which would make it a formidable supplement for hair, but, this is definitely one of the stronger hair supplements on the market within its price-range.

SuperHair is a potent complex of bioavailable and bioactive multi-vitamins, minerals, plant extracts and hair essentials like Biotin, Kelp, Saw Palmetto & Horsetail, plus full spectrum extractions of Ashwagandha and Ginseng combine to promote healthier, thicker, stronger hair. Helps build hair health four ways – targeting stress with adaptogens, replenishing nutritional deficiencies, providing follicle protection, and boosting critical hair micronutrients.

Matcha Collagen is a blend of culinary-grade matcha green tea paired with 10 grams of collagen, giving you a clean pick-me-up. Each cup of Matcha Collagen provides a calm sense of alertness, and promotes a sustained boost throughout the day.

Now, this won't solve all your hair issues on its own (let's face it, very little will), but it can be hugely beneficial to your hair if taken in conjunction with a good treatment plan. You'll be amazed how effective collagen can be for the strands.

Nourkrin Woman is a safe and drug-free supplement for women to nourish the hair and support normal hair growth. Nourkrin - with the unique Marilex - helps support, normalise and maintain the Hair Growth Cycle by providing the correct nutrients to the hair follicles.
