What is the best way to stop hair loss immediately?

I had a full head of hair in my 20s, but since I entered my 30s, my hair seems to have gotten progressively thinner, with recession at the frontal hairline, and thinning at the crown o my scalp. 

Is there a treatment, or any sort of way I can put a stop to hair loss and thinning, with immediate effect? 

Answer:

Your hair loss appears to be a very normal case of make pattern baldness. Many men have no hair loss issues throughout their 20s, but when they reach their 30s they can suddenly experience a progressive pattern of thinning hair.  

Unfortunately, male pattern baldness cannot be reversed, but there are treatments on the market that can help slow down the rate of thinning, and even halt hair fall. Many men suffering from male pattern baldness have experienced excellent results from using specific treatments that target the root cause. 

There are two main options that you may want to consider. The first option is the medical route. Finasteride and minoxidil are medical hair loss treatments that can help slow down hair loss, and even halt it.
