Simple ways to stop hair loss without expensive procedures and harsh medications

I started losing some hair in my mid 30s, and as soon as I cleaned up my diet, it definitely helped with the health of my hair, and the reduction of shedding.

I now avoid excessive heat styling like hairdryers and straighteners, and harsh chemical treatments. The better you treat you strands, the more they're likely to flourish.
Aloe Vera and Rosemary Oil
It's not miracle cure, but aloe vera has definitely helped keep my scalp in better condition in order for the hair to grow. Apply fresh aloe vera gel directly to your scalp. It has soothing properties and may promote hair growth.
Some essential oils, such as rosemary, lavender, and peppermint, may have positive effects on hair health. Mix a few drops with a carrier oil (like coconut or jojoba) and massage into your scalp. I have found that rosemary oil is particularly effective for my locks. I apply it once or twice a week.
