Is Procerin Still a Good Treatment for Male Baldness?

How Effective is Procerin for Treating Male Baldness?

Question from Jamie Switch.

When I was in my mid 20s, I started using the male hair loss treatment pill, Procerin. I used it for about five years, and it seemed to work quite well for me, at the time. Then, life got very busy for me, so I stopped using Procerin completely.

I am now in my late 30s, and I have recently started noticing my hair getting thinner again. I was looking into getting back on Procerin again, but the brand seems to have lost a lot of its popularity, and its presence in the hair loss industry.

Is Procerin just not as effective as it used to be, or is there another reason why the band has lost its appeal?

Answer:

Procerin is a herbal supplement that is advertised as a preventative treatment for hair loss. Procerin is not a medically approved hair loss treatment, and there has not been any significant evidence that indicates Procerin can significantly aid in hair loss prevention or hair regrowth.

Having said that, Procerin has shown to be quite an effective hair loss prevention supplement for men. The majority of users noticed less hair fall after taking Procerin supplement. Procerin was a very popular supplement back in the late 2000s. At one time, it was the biggest selling non-medical hair supplement for men in the USA. It really was a market leader.

Why has Procerin lost its popularity?

Procerin was at the height of its powers in the late 2000s because of two main reasons. Firstly, it was a good supplement that contained ingredients that could help with hair loss prevention in men, and secondly, it was one of the first supplements of its kind on the market.

Fast forward to today, and you'll find hundreds upon hundreds of hair supplements, many of which are similar to Procerin. The market got saturated, and that's one reason why Procerin lost so much of its online presence within the hair loss sector. The competition has grown considerably.

Another reason why Procerin has lost much of its appeal is because it's no longer the most effective hair supplement on the market. Hair supplements have evolved considerably since the 2000s, with newer, more effective formulas now available on the market.

Although Procerin is still a good hair supplement, there are now better ones out there that can not only help prevent hair loss, but also support the healthy function of hair growth.

Also, the rise of unisex hair supplements like TRX2 (2011) and HR23+® (2015), has played a key role in the decline of Procerin.  HR23+ has gone onto become the best selling non-medical hair supplement on the market, due to its advanced, effective formula, and unless Procerin make alterations and upgrades to their own formula, it is unlikely that they'll be able to compete with the bigger brands like HR23+ and Viviscal.
